Late on day two of the Inglis Premier Sale we able to secure a smashing Toronado filly in partnership with a great client of the stable.
TORONADO once again is proving to be an extremely popular stallion, producing both colts and fillies that are winning on the track and becoming valuable commodities for both trade and breeding. His progeny include both sprinters like MASKED CRUSADERS and middle distance/staying horses like AFFAIR TO REMEMBER and SENOR TOBA.
LEGCUT was a filly who had speed to burn, winning over the 955m dash at Moonee Valley on multiple occasions and appears to have passed that onto her progeny. There is speed throughout all the family including Listed Winner KING OF HASTINGS.
We believe this filly was the value buy of the sale and we had her pegged at a much higher value than the $80,000 we had to pay. She was a strong, smooth moving filly who had the best attitude of any filly on the complex.
She is Super VOBIS and VOBIS Sires Progeny qualified and will be eligible for all of the amazing prizemoney bonuses racing here in Victoria, much like our fast Toronado filly She’sallshenanigans who scooped $70k for her maiden win recently.
