We had to wait until Day 2 of the Inglis Classic Sale for him but when Lot 260 was called out we weren’t going home without this superbly bred So You Think colt.
By 10 time Group 1 winning stallion SO YOU THINK who was able to conquer the best races in both hemispheres including the Cox Plate (twice).
The colt’s dam Letdothis is by the legendary broodmare sire NOT A SINGLE DOUBT and is a full sister to Group 3 winner SQUAMOSA.
Simon loved this colt from the moment he walked out of his box. He was taken by his strong walk and relaxed attitude. He’s a medium sized, powerful looking colt who is very forward and mature for a November foal. As you know, Simon has had great success with the stallion through the deeds of Dirty Thoughts and So You Swing. We’ll be looking to get him to the races as a two year old, however his best work will be as a three year old where he’ll be aimed at the Caulfield Guineas.
