RUSSIAN CAMELOT is without doubt one of the most exciting middle distance/staying stallions we’ve seen in Australia for many years. On the track he was a superstar, taking out the Group 1 SA Derby before measuring up in Australia’s best weight for age races, winning the Group 1 Underwood Stakes and placing in the WS Cox Plate.
The filly is well related being from the family of Group 1 winners ALLEZ WONDER and TIVACI. Her half sister ZIPPO IDEA is showing a stack of promise, winning two from her first four races in Australia.
She’s VOBIS nominated meaning she’ll be eligible for all of the huge prizemoney available in the Victorian staying races. The filly was purchased for NZ$45,000.
