At Simon Zahra Racing, we are totally dedicated to the racing industry where we live and breathe our work, through training elite thoroughbreds. We are a full service racing stable and proudly offer many areas of experience, expertise and of course client satisfaction.
Simon’s approach to training produces a broad and indeed cross-section of experience, methodology and ideas, to get the best out of each and every racehorse. A licenced trainer for over 20 years, Simon and his professional team are involved in all aspects of every individual horse and daily routines.
This also includes extremely early starts at the SZR stable each morning and back most afternoons, to further fulfill race day requirements and other stable commitments. This is quite unique for a stable our size as the SZR team gets to fully understand and know your horse, better than anyone.
Furthermore, our endeavors to create high level owner participation and involvement is second to none. This includes all our digital platforms as well as adopting new technologies to better showcase our stable, participants and of course the racehorse.

A bright and sunny location looking down the famous Flemington straight, with 59 large rubber lined boxes, the stable has access to Flemington’s premium, state of the art training facilities which includes. Access to several Flemington Training Tracks including a new 2,200-metre all weather synthetic training track. Use of the nearby swimming pool facilities for all horses. Access to practice barriers and weekly jump outs.
Regular catch ups, bbqs and more are performed at the stable for all existing and prospective new owners, where we provide breakfast and information about your horse. We also parade horses for existing owners as well as showcase new yearling purchases, with commentary and detailed data to enhance the experience. This has proven over the years to be a great initiative to connect, communicate and comply with the racing experience.

We are extremely fortunate to have a presence to train and maintain our team of horses to which, has proven to be the right formula.
